What We Do
At Upfront Independent Living, we offer services tailored to meet the unique needs.
We believe in empowering individuals by:
Letting them choose where and with whom they live.
Allowing them to personalize their home environment.
Giving them the freedom to select and change their ILS vendors and service staff.
Encouraging active participation in their IPP process to ensure services are based on their personal needs and preferences.
Receiving services that adapt to their changing needs and preferences, allowing them to stay in their chosen home as long as supported living remains their preferred option, as outlined in their IPP process.
Providing feedback to the regional center about their satisfaction with services, ensuring this input is considered in the center's regular evaluation of Upfront independent Living's services.
Surround yourself with love
A circle of support are individuals paid and unpaid who shall assist the individual in making their life better. Family members, friends and community members shall assist the individual with their knowledge, love and belief in them.
The circle of support team shall encourage the individual in achieving their hopes and dreams.
Upfront ILS shall assist and encourage our individuals to develop a strong circle of support team.
Our supported living agency shall assist the individual with the development and maintenance of their circle of support. Our supported living agency shall also encourage individuals to become active in their community
thus expanding their circle of support. Upfront ILS and its staff shall facilitate communication within the team by being good listeners and keeping everyone informed of important issues involving the individual.

• Independent Living Skills (ILS) Support: Our skilled team provides personalized coaching and assistance to help individuals develop the essential skills they need to live independently. This includes budgeting, meal planning, household management, and more.
• Reliable Transportation Services: We provide safe, dependable one-trip transportation for clients to doctor appointments, day programs, and other essential destinations. Our goal is to ensure that clients can maintain their health and well-being while staying connected to their communities.

Independent living services
Upfront provides a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of your loved ones. We uphold the following individual values, among others:
Choosing their living location and companionship.
Controlling the ambiance and appearance of their home environment.
Selecting and changing their Independent Living Services (ILS)
vendors and direct service staff.
Actively participating in their Individual Plan of Progress (IPP) process to ensure that the supported living services they receive align with their needs and preferences.
We aim to provide services that adapt to their evolving needs and preferences, allowing them to remain in their preferred living environment for as long as supported living services remain their primary objective, as determined in their IPP process.
Additionally, we encourage our clients to express their satisfaction with the services they receive. This feedback is valuable to the regional center, which uses it to evaluate Upfront LLC’s services periodically.
Non- emergency transportation
At Upfront, we make transportation easy and reliable for individuals who need assistance getting to essential appointments. Our professional drivers are committed to providing safe, timely, and comfortable rides, ensuring you reach your destination without any hassle.

Need to get to a doctor’s visit? We’ll pick you up, get you there on time, and drop you off safely.
